Our highly experienced partners will manage and co-ordinate the commissioning of memorable and unique artwork that will animate and inspire delegates and organisations alike, reminding them of the event for years to come.

To ensure that the mementos reflect the ethos of the event, and that they are distinctive, meaningful and aesthetically appropriate, Art for Conferences will:

  • Meet with the organisers, preferably three months prior to the event, to discuss its purpose and key themes, timetable and other practicalities
  • Identify possible artists and prepare and present up to three proposals for event initiators/organisers to consider
  • Co-ordinate and manage the project, in collaboration with the key partners - including the event’s organisers and the commissioned artist(s) - from beginning to end

Prices vary, depending on the number of delegates/guests, the artist(s) commissioned and memento(s) produced.
